Reba Perry, SHRM-SCP, is FEG’s Head of Human Resources and Office Services, bringing nearly two decades of leadership experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, and change management. She is dedicated to fostering a people-first culture and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives. Reba also oversees FEG’s office services, ensuring seamless facility operations and client support for our advisor teams.

As a key member of FEG’s Leadership Team, Reba actively contributes to the DEI Committee, Volunteer Committee, ESOP Committee, and Retirement Committee.

Before joining FEG in 2023, Reba held senior HR roles, including Associate Director of Talent Acquisition & Strategy at 84.51, Vice President of People & Culture at Clubessential Holdings, and Executive Director of Human Resources at the Olberding Brand Family.

Reba earned an M.S. in Exercise Science from Ithaca College and a B.S.Ed. in Physical Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, honing her golf and tennis skills, and exploring global wine and food culture.
